Pressure Washing
Any good exterior paint or stain project begins with cleaning the surfaces either by scrub brush and sponge with or without chemicals or the more intense way that requires skill -- pressure aka blast washing with no less than 300 psi.
If there was ever a time you were to witness a painter beginning to paint your neighbor's home and you like that neighbor for goodness's sake give them a call even if you don't get along. It may be a good way to break the bread with that neighbor after you save them thousands of dollars in the near future on a repaint.
Improper prep work without without washing is derided as blow and go. Load up the sprayer with the cheapest material, barley stop the truck spray and get out and cash the check before the customer notices the paint washing off the surface after the next rain.
We wash Hardie and vinyl siding, brick, stone surface renewal, concrete surfaces, driveways, walkways, pool houses and patios.
