On-site manager and lead painter with 40 years of experience, Michael Parreno, starts each project by physically accessing the work area with the homeowner. Clear communication ensures there aren't hiccups during the painting project.

After a careful walk through and thorough question and answer session, Mike and his painting crew will start prep work. We will center all movable furnishings, remove light and ceiling fan fixture covers, remove all ceiling air vents, remove all wall receptacle covers, drop cover all flooring in areas to be worked and cover centered furnishings with fresh unused 1mil plastic prior to any painting beginning. Michael has a keen eye when it comes to color choices as well as the paint manufacturers and can well advise and assist in color choices. So no need for expensive designers unless you need help with drapes and furniture lol.

From a professional paint applicator point of view, Michael takes into consideration the best bang for your buck not what can save his pockets more! He is never utilizing the lower end product of any manufacturer.

Products are graded on flow, coverage, touch up ability, durability, color retention, cleanup ability, and price point for quality. There are tons of misleading advice on the internet these days as it pertains to painting and Mike goes above and beyond to protect his clients. Current products utilized:
  • Behr products- Marquee high end Behr ultra midlevel 95%
  • Sherwin Williams if requested- product Resilience of super paint 3%
  • Benjamin Moore if requested - product Regal Select 2%

All paint work is applied by way of brush and roll on residential projects for better coverage and only during the correct ambient temperatures and conditions.
