1983 Restoration: Removing, taping, and floating popcorn ceiling. 4 can lights installed in ceiling. Fan ceiling mount relocated. Fireplace was painted with custom milk paint, and mantle was stained. Bathroom converted from single -> double vanity. Baseboard replaced as well.
